    thank you so much for this video, really needed to hear this. has to be part of the full moon because i have been experiencing many headaches and emotional issues. over the last 3 days all i want to do is eat chocolate and other junk food….thank you. can’t wait till tomorrow to start fresh again!!!!

    would 8 tequillia shorts on halloween on my 30th birthday be classified as falling off the wagon …. opps. and what a bad time to becoming vunerable and having some shit to deal with … its hard work …. but i am learning to learn from it. i gotta deal with THIS STUFF

    Loved it, loved it, LOVED it!! I agree with what you say in this video 110%! I have been switching over to raw foods, and I will have the impulse to reach for the sugary foods when I’m feeling anxious or stressed, and I have been stopping myself from doing so (at least most of the time *LOL*), but through it, I have come to realize that I am a much stronger person than I originally thought–strong emotions and all :)
